Allie Brauns Spors focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

Allie is experienced in many stages of litigation on matters of various sizes, from small business divorce cases to large commercial disputes. She has managed written and e-discovery, taken and defended numerous depositions, and has argued dispositive motions.

Allie has worked on federal jury trials, including one she second-chaired. Her experience also extends to the appeals process. She has been the principal drafter of appellate briefs to federal and state courts of appeal.
