Allyn Lowell is a labor and employment attorney certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

She has spent her entire legal career representing employers in federal and state litigation related to discrimination, retaliation, unfair labor practices, benefits, and employment contracts. Allyn frequently represents management clients in proceedings before federal and state agencies including the EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, DOL, TWC, and other state and municipal entities.

Her rich litigation experience informs her employment counseling for employers on myriad topics, always looking at issues from multiple perspectives and issue-spotting to avoid workplace pitfalls and legal liability. Allyn’s experience also provides the foundation for the thoughtful HR training programs she creates and conducts for management and non-management personnel. Allyn has also advised on and drafted employment handbooks, arbitration agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenants and many other complex employment contracts that today’s employers may need.
