April is counsel in the Firm's banking and commercial finance practice.

April primarily represents commercial banks and finance companies, providing advice in secured and unsecured finance transactions, including single bank and syndicated transactions. She also assists the firm's corporate governance practice, advising clients on business ownership issues and other business transactions.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, April is an experienced corporate attorney. She began her career as a corporate associate at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. She then spent over 10 years at Aegion Corporation, serving as General Counsel - Corrosion Protection and corporate counsel, representing the company in a wide variety of transactions and circumstances globally. Her in-house experience gives her a unique perspective when advising clients, helping tailor solutions to their needs.
