Ben Tate represents a broad range of clients in all phases of litigation at the state and federal level.

During law school, Ben was an extern for the Honorable Justice Dana Oxley on the Iowa Supreme Court and for the Iowa State Public Defender. Ben also served as the Senior Note and Comment Editor for the Iowa Law Review, where he organized the annual write-on competition for membership on the school’s four legal journals and oversaw the selection of student scholarship for publication in the Law Review.

Before law school, Ben taught music for nine years in Keller, Flower Mound, and Cypress, Texas.
