Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, I enjoy cooking foods reminiscent of home: green chile stew, red chile enchiladas, frito pies, and homemade tortillas. I also enjoy taking my rescue dog, Rox, outside for long walks, hikes, or even to the park to play disc golf. If I’m not outside, you can find me learning new hobbies (currently learning how to crochet) or streaming a good TV show (right now, I’m enjoying Dexter).
