Bonnie has more than 40 years of experience focusing on wholesale ratemaking and regulatory policy in the energy industry, electric industry restructuring, antitrust issues, and complex litigation involving nuclear prudence and contract disputes.
In the past 20 years, she has been actively and increasingly involved in issues arising out of the restructuring of the electric utility industry in California, including representation of municipal electric systems that are both customers of and participating transmission owners in the California Independent System Operator Corporation. Her practice is primarily before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and federal courts.
