Brett Mager is a member of the Commercial Finance & Banking team, where she supports the structuring and documentation of complex transactions for financial institutions. Brett brings strong drafting and analytical skills developed through her diverse legal experience.
While in law school, Brett served as an Associate Editor and Staff Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and worked as a Teaching Assistant for Lawyering & Legal Writing. Brett also volunteered as a LiveHelp Operator with Pro Bono Net, providing legal information and support to communities in need. Before joining Thompson Coburn full-time, Brett served as a Summer Associate at the firm, gaining hands-on exposure to commercial finance matters.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, with a particular interest in thrillers. My favorite book is The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins.
