Brigitte Rose represents multinational financial institutions, domestic and international companies, and corporate fiduciaries in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiation through trial and appeals. With a practice covering state and federal court in New York, Brigitte is experienced in advising and navigating clients through the myriad issues that can arise in complex commercial litigations.
Brigitte has frequently handled commercial disputes involving fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and partnership and limited liability company disagreements. She is also experienced in commercial foreclosures, judgment enforcement, bankruptcy adversary proceedings and fiduciary litigation, including contested accountings.
Brigitte’s commitment to her clients means even when the resolution of a matter takes years, she is there at every step to protect their interests and keep communication at the forefront.
While in law school, Brigitte served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Alan S. Trust, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.
With two young children, we have a busy household, but when I do have free time, I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling, reading, and listening to podcasts like “Armchair Expert” and “SmartLess.”
