Cathie is a business litigator defending clients in state and federal courts, in addition to state appellate courts, throughout Missouri and Illinois.
Her litigation experience spans all types of business disputes, including extensive work with religious and banking institutions. With 25 years of litigation experience, Cathie provides sophisticated, effective legal strategies that support client goals.
Cathie started her legal career in 1984 as a paralegal, which provided a strong professional foundation built on extensive complex commercial, trial and arbitration experience in state and federal courts in numerous venues across the country.
