Chloe Lee is a law clerk in the Railroad Litigation practice group.
Before joining the firm, Chloe built a strong foundation in regulatory, compliance, and infrastructure-related legal issues through a combination of legal, technical, and policy-focused roles.
She served as a Staff Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, where she honed her research and writing skills on policy-driven legal matters, and gained hands-on experience in sports law and operations as a Legal Intern with Major League Baseball, supporting ballpark operations and security compliance during the 2024 season.
During her first year of law school, Chloe worked full time at AECOM as an Electric Vehicle Planner/Scientist, contributing to large-scale EV infrastructure projects. Prior to law school, she gained early experience in clean energy and transportation planning through the NYSERDA Clean Energy Internship Program, serving as an EV Project Consultant with Lynkwell and supporting sustainable energy initiatives across New York State.
Chloe earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. She holds a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where her academic and professional interests in energy systems, infrastructure, and technology helped shape the technical foundation she brings to her legal practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring St. Louis’s vibrant food scene, and capturing moments through film photography. I also love traveling to new destinations and spending quality time with friends and family.
