Christina Koehl assists employers, including institutions of higher education, on all aspects of labor and employment law. Whether it is federal or state compliance, advising on day-to-day matters, or defending her clients in court, Christina efficiently prioritizes her clients’ interests.
Christina provides counsel on various day-to-day employment matters, including employee handbook compliance, internal investigations, management practices, and employee discipline.
Christina’s experience includes representing employers in a wide variety of employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies. She has represented colleges and universities in Title IX matters, including administrative mandamus actions.
Christina’s representations include negotiating favorable settlements for clients in employment matters; successfully defending against summary judgment in a case involving claims of whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims; and successfully defending against a writ of prohibition for an institution of higher education.

My husband and I enjoy trying new restaurants, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I love to travel and experience the city I am visiting. Some of my favorite travels have been to Greece, Italy, and Hawaii.
