Clayton Voss is a tax attorney who routinely assists clients with complex tax and corporate matters. Clayton’s practice focuses on helping clients navigate and understand the tax implications of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, distributions, redemptions, and reorganizations.

Clayton has experience in structuring corporate transactions to minimize tax impacts. He frequently reviews purchase agreements and advises transactional attorneys on related tax issues.
