Corinne Passarello advises high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and fiduciaries on a broad range of private wealth matters, including estate planning, trust and estate administration, wealth transfer strategies, business succession planning, asset protection, and fiduciary governance.

Corinne’s experience includes the design and implementation of complex wealth transfer techniques, such as dynasty trusts, GRATs, charitable trusts, insurance trusts, special needs trusts, trust modifications, decantings, and business entity structures supporting estate planning objectives. She regularly counsels fiduciaries on trust and estate administration matters and has extensive experience drafting and analyzing estate planning documents, fiduciary agreements, and governance structures.

Prior to joining the firm, Corinne served as Director of Trust Administration with BMO Private Bank, where she managed complex trust, estate, and agency accounts and advised on fiduciary responsibilities, discretionary distributions, trust interpretation, and regulatory compliance. She also practiced in the private wealth and trusts and estates groups of leading law firms, where she developed and implemented sophisticated estate planning strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Corinne earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from the Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Illinois. She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Chicago Estate Planning Council.
