Daisy Figueroa advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of complex financing and transactional matters.
Drawing on significant experience in real estate finance, joint ventures, and multi‑tiered entity structures, Daisy supports clients through every stage of their transactions—from due diligence and deal structuring to negotiation and closing.
Daisy’s practice includes managing multi‑million‑dollar transactions involving acquisitions, development projects, refinancings, and loan modifications. She conducts comprehensive due diligence reviewing title, survey, zoning materials, UCC searches, and governance documents. She also coordinates closings across sophisticated, multi‑tier entity structures, including those involving REIT‑affiliated borrowers and multi‑property portfolios.
Daisy earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she participated in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and was an editor in the International Law Journal. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, earning a B.A. in Social Welfare.
