Dan handles various types of complex litigation, including business, tort, product liability, intellectual property, and class action defense.
While Dan concentrates his practice in the trial of lawsuits in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois, he continues to represent a wide range of clients in venues across the country, including as national and regional counsel for a number of Fortune 200 companies. Dan represents a number of multi-national clients, but also represents small and mid-size clients in a variety of complex legal and litigation matters.
Dan started his legal career as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he represented the United States as an Honor's Graduate under the Attorney General's Honors Program. For four years, he successfully defended the United States in environmental and toxic tort suits brought in federal courts throughout the country.
