Danny Garcia is a litigator with experience at the state and federal levels. As a member of trial teams for complex commercial and class action litigation, he assists with all facets of the discovery process, drafting dispositive motions, legal research, client communications, and expert discovery. Danny also coordinates and supervises other firm associates providing pro bono assistance to litigants in landlord-tenant cases through the firm’s partnership with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
While in law school, Danny completed internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois and the Missouri State Public Defender. In those roles, he worked on motions, led sentencing hearings, and assisted as a second chair during trial.
Danny comes from a banking and logistics background. Before law school, he worked for several years as a sales support officer for a large regional bank in the Pacific Northwest and as an inventory analyst for an industrial manufacturer.

I love playing board games with friends and family, from Monopoly and Rummikub to Wingspan and Cosmic Encounter. My wife and I also host an annual talent show and semi-annual chili/soup cookoff at our house. The chilis and soups tend to be much better than the talents.
