Danny assists clients in litigation matters at the state and federal level.
As a member of trial teams for complex commercial and class action litigation, Danny assists with document review, legal research, and client communications.
During his time at law school at Washington University, Danny completed internships with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Illinois and the Missouri State Public Defender. At those internships, he worked on motions, led two sentencing hearings, and assisted a staff attorney during a trial as a second chair.
Before pursuing law school, Danny worked for several years as a sales support officer for a large regional bank in the Pacific Northwest and as an inventory analyst for an industrial manufacturer, where he supervised inventory levels for 80 national warehouses and acted as primary contact for warehouse technicians regarding damages and discrepancies among the company's suite of market-leading air conditioning systems.
