Dominic Biffignani assists clients with trust and estate litigation, fiduciary duty litigation, and a host of other complex commercial matters as a member of the firm’s business litigation practice group.
Before joining Thompson Coburn, Dominic clerked for the Honorable Paul C. Wilson at the Supreme Court of Missouri, where he drafted and edited opinions and authored memoranda on whether to issue extraordinary writs or grant applications for transfer.
Dominic received his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he served as Senior Lead Articles Editor of the Missouri Law Review. During law school, Dominic interned with the Honorable Willie Epps, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri; the Honorable Mary R. Russell, Supreme Court of Missouri; and the Honorable Philip M. Hess, Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
I enjoy spending time outdoors—especially on the golf course—with my wife, Kelsey, and daughter, Eloise. I am also a proud member of the American Society of Military Insignia Collectors, with a particular interest in collecting and preserving World War II shoulder sleeve insignia from the United States Armed Forces.
