Doris Gudermuth has over two decades of combined experience in the firm’s labor and employment and immigration practice areas. She has a deep understanding of the highly regulated processes and various facets of business immigration law.
Doris handles immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, with a particular focus on complex H-1B petitions and other employment-based visa classifications. She is skilled in guiding clients through all phases of the PERM labor certification process, including prevailing wage requests, recruitment campaigns, PERM applications, and ultimately, the I-140 immigrant petition and adjustment of status application.

I love being silly and laughing with my grandchildren most of all. I enjoy good coffee, dark chocolate, and French ice cream – pistachio is my favorite. I can often be found tuning in to “Masterpiece Theatre” or listening to a podcast that has sparked my curiosity. It’s the simple things in life for me: time with family, friends, and of course my chocolate lab, Bella.
