Ed Gray advocates for his clients across the country focusing on intellectual property, trade secrets, corporate technology, licensing, patent strategy, trademark prosecution, IP litigation, and government contracts.

Drawing on over 20 years of computer technology experience, having served as Vice President of Information Services at R.R. Donnelley & Sons, Ed has the ability to simplify technical jargon in a way that can be easily understood during litigation. With extensive experience in the areas of computer software and hardware, internet and e-Commerce, and electronics, Ed has focused much of his practice on the misappropriation of software data and computer-related intellectual property.

Ed’s clients comprise multinational corporations, leading trade associations, universities, and non-profit organizations. Ed works closely with his clients to gain an understanding of their business needs and objectives, building strong and strategic relationships with people at all levels of the organizations he represents. He also counsels government contractors on marketing issues and handling the unique aspects of IP when the government is a client.

In 2011, Ed was inducted into the National Bar Association’s Hall of Fame, with a recognition for professional achievements and contributions to the community and to the cause of justice during his 40 plus years practicing law.
