Emaan Choudhry assists clients with complex insolvency matters, creditor rights, and restructuring strategies. Emaan brings strong research and advocacy skills developed through her experience in litigation, arbitration, and appellate work.
Before joining Thompson Coburn, Emaan served as a Summer Associate at the firm for two consecutive summers, gaining hands-on experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. During law school, she was a Senior Editor for the Cardozo Moot Court Honor Society, sharpening her legal writing and oral advocacy skills. She also worked as a Clinical Intern in Cardozo’s Securities and Arbitration Clinic, where she represented retail clients in securities disputes and arbitration proceedings before FINRA.
I like to read poetry, focusing on Sufi and post-modern works. I love cinema and TV, and can recommend you something worth your time spanning anywhere from Bollywood, old Arabic films, and Korean dramas.
