Emily collaborates closely with the firm’s executive committee, practice group leaders, office managing partners, and other key stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with the firm’s overall business strategy.
Before joining Thompson Coburn, Emily honed her recruitment expertise at Clark Hill, overseeing attorney and paralegal recruitment across all practice groups and offices. A graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, she launched her legal career as an associate attorney in New York.
