Emma Lapp represents employers in a range of legal matters related to the workplace, including litigation and compliance counsel on federal, state, and local laws related to wage and hour regulations, anti-discrimination statutes, and workplace policies.
Emma assists with litigation and administrative proceedings involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and other workplace matters. She also helps human resources teams resolve workplace disputes and provides counsel on hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
While in law school, Emma was an intern in the Public Corruption, Healthcare Fraud, and Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force divisions of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Missouri. She was also a legal assistant to the special representative for the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel under the supervision of the Supreme Court of Missouri.
