Grace Siefker advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business reorganizations. Her work integrates a strong foundation in business strategy with practical legal training, enabling her to deliver solutions that align with clients’ operational and financial goals.

Before joining Thompson Coburn, Grace gained experience as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk with the firm, supporting transactional matters and drafting key documents for corporate deals. She also served as a Lexis Associate at Emory Law, where she trained students and faculty on advanced legal research tools, and as Morningside House Coordinator, fostering community and leadership within the law school.

Grace earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she obtained a Transactional Law Certificate and completed coursework in contract drafting, corporate law, and financial analysis. She holds a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where she focused on the factors driving business decision-making. Grace is passionate about helping companies navigate complex transactions with a strategic mindset and a commitment to client service.
