Hayden Farmer represents financial services institutions, large corporations, and emerging businesses in high-stakes commercial disputes.

Hayden’s practice sits at the intersection of litigation and transactional strategy, where he regularly advises on loan workouts, restructurings, and the enforcement of credit facilities involving complex financial instruments. His experience includes navigating intercreditor dynamics, as well as developing practical strategies around collateral realization, distressed asset resolutions, and sophisticated judgment enforcements.

He has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions, appeals, and dispositive briefs in state and federal courts nationwide. His work includes preparing complex legal analyses, managing discovery strategy, and developing motion practice tailored to the procedural dynamics of both trial and appellate courts, including matters involving contract enforcement, jurisdictional challenges, and business tort claims.
