Hayden represents a broad array of clients in all phases of litigation at the state and federal level as an associate in the Firm's business litigation practice group.
Hayden draws upon his multifaceted experience to deliver cost-effective, client oriented outcomes. He was Thompson Coburn's first Dallas Summer Associate after the Firm expanded into the Texas legal market in 2019. Prior to that, he served as a legal extern to the General Counsel of PlayPower, Inc., where he worked alongside outside counsel to defend large scale products liability claims across multiple jurisdictions. He also worked as a law clerk for the Tailim Song Law Firm, where he guided former NFL players seeking concussion related compensation through the League's claim administration process.
Hayden received his J.D. from The Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served as an academic success mentor and research assistant to Altshuler Distinguished Teaching Professor Thomas Mayo.
