Hope has extensive experience representing public, private nonprofit, and proprietary institutions in a range of regulatory matters before the U.S. Department of Education, accreditors, and state authorizing agencies.
She prepares public comments to the U.S. Department of Education in response to proposed rules, presenting novel legal arguments and real-world solutions. She routinely counsels institutions on strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and guides institutions through complex licensing processes, federal financial aid program compliance, and designing effective student policies. Hope also produces educational materials and conducts trainings to empower the regulated community to advocate for higher education policy change.
