Bringing a practical approach informed by over 10 years of real-world experience as in-house counsel for a global agribusiness, Hope Abramov’s national practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex labor matters, as well as employment discrimination claims, wage and hour matters, and health and safety issues, among others.

With more than 25 years of litigation experience, Hope manages cases throughout the U.S., taking micro and macro views on each. In her highly active labor practice, Hope has negotiated more than 100 labor agreements and routinely represents companies in arbitrations, union elections, and unfair labor practice cases before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
