Jack Parrino represents a diverse range of clients in real estate sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing and other real estate matters.
In the fast-paced world of complex real estate and construction transactions, Jack enjoys digging in to find the perfect formula for a successful transaction. Jack’s national practice includes representing landlords and tenants in negotiations and lease drafting, and advising clients on the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of real estate, including zoning and other matters. He also advises and represents developers, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in mechanics’ liens and bond claim matters and contract disputes; represents purchasers in acquisitions, divestitures, franchise agreements and management agreements; and counsels lenders on property portfolios and other issues. Developing retail and commercial space, office space, hotels and more: all fall within Jack’s broad experience. He takes a comprehensive approach to managing client portfolios and has the skills to ensure consistency.
In addition to efficiently and effectively structuring transactions, Jack advises on environmental concerns impacting a transaction. He is adept at identifying fixes and post-closing remedies that allow projects to move forward. No stranger to resolving real estate disputes, Jack also advises clients on risk and helps structure transactions to avoid litigation. But when disputes do arise, he is often able to offer pre-litigation solutions that keep clients out of the courtroom, create value and result in positive outcomes.
Collaborative and highly responsive, Jack strives to make clients’ lives easier by guiding them to their best options as he looks at every transaction from his clients’ perspective.

If I’m traveling, and it’s not to see a client, chances are there’s golf involved. Being outdoors in a beautiful and relaxing environment while learning new golf skills – especially at a golf course in rural Ireland – is my perfect vacation.
