Jason Sullivan represents clients in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, and complex financial matters. He brings a unique blend of legal and financial experience to his practice, offering clients strategic insights grounded in both litigation and business operations.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason served as a Law Clerk at a firm in Houston, Texas, supporting various clients in the oil and gas industry. His education and earlier positions in finance and accounting provided him with hands-on experience in financial forecasting, ERP accounting system implementation, and data modeling, which now inform his approach to cases involving financial and corporate issues.

Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center where he served as an editor on the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University, graduating cum laude with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
