Jeff has represented a variety of clients in diverse aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law.
His practice primarily focuses on the representation of creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees and acquirers of distressed assets in corporate reorganizations, restructurings and liquidations. While at law school, Jeff served as a staff member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
