Jerica is an associate in the Firm's Corporate & Securities and Public Finance practices, assisting clients across a range of corporate transaction and public finance matters.

Jerica's practice includes strategic M&A transactions and assisting clients with general corporate matters.

She has experience in drafting purchase agreements, leading due diligence efforts, drafting ancillary documents, assisting with corporate compliance matters, researching corporate and transactional legal issues, and establishing new business entities.

Jerica earned a J.D. from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief for the On the Cusp law journal and served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Tonya Parker of the 116th Judicial District Court. Jerica currently serves as 1L mentor for her law school alma mater.
