Jonathan Schloth represents clients in complex commercial disputes and provides strategic counsel on litigation matters.

Jonathan’s experience spans federal appellate work and trial-level litigation, giving him a strong foundation in legal analysis and advocacy.

Before joining Thompson Coburn, Jonathan worked as a Summer Associate at the firm, gaining hands-on experience in business litigation and client service. He also completed externships with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Third Circuit, where he assisted chambers with research and drafting on significant appellate issues.

His diverse background across private practice and federal courts equips him to navigate complex disputes with precision and insight.
