Although Justin is a litigator, his ultimate goal is to keep his clients out of the courtroom whenever possible, via strategic and proactive IP counseling. Whether he is preparing and prosecuting trademark and copyright registrations, drafting and/or negotiating intellectual property licensing agreements, or ensuring his clients’ trade secrets are contractually protected, Justin builds in client protections from the front end, in order to help achieve prompt resolutions at the outset and avoid the costs of litigation later.
