Kaitlyn Puyear assists clients with a broad range of litigation matters, including legal research, drafting discovery responses, and preparing case materials.
During her tenure with the firm as a Summer Associate, Kaitlyn gained practical experience in drafting legal documents and advocating for clients. She also served as a Rule 13 Intern with the University of Missouri Child & Family Justice Clinic, representing clients in Order of Protection and Guardianship hearings.
Kaitlyn earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, serving as Senior Note & Comment Editor for the University of Missouri Journal of Dispute Resolution. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Arkansas, where she cultivated a strong foundation in research and analysis.
