Kathryn Meyer advises clients on complex trade and regulatory matters, drawing on extensive experience in federal compliance and international law. Her practice is grounded in rigorous legal research and writing, developed through roles in government, private sector, and global legal organizations.

Before joining her current role, Kathryn served as an Attorney-Advisor with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Trade, where she authored regulatory decisions on customs bonds, sanctions enforcement, and cultural property protection.

Kathryn’s background includes internships with the U.S. Coast Guard, the International Bar Association, and the American Red Cross, where she focused on international humanitarian law and global legal reform. She also contributed to appellate preparation for the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, analyzing international criminal law issues.

Kathryn earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a Hugo Grotius Scholar and Notes Editor for the Journal of International Law. She holds an M.S. in International Public Policy from University College London and a B.A. in International Relations, cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
