Kendall Kaske represents clients in complex commercial disputes across a range of industries. Her practice focuses on delivering strategic solutions that align with her clients’ business goals.

Kendall began her journey with Thompson Coburn as a Summer Associate, where she gained experience in motion practice, discovery strategy, and client counseling. She later returned to the firm after completing a legal externship at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where she supported litigation and policy initiatives on constitutional and international human rights issues.

Before entering the legal field, Kendall worked as a Research Analyst at Behavioral Consulting Services Inc., applying data-driven methodologies to behavioral health programs. She also served as a Field Organizer for a congressional campaign, honing her skills in community engagement and political strategy.

Her early professional experience includes roles as a Political Intern for a Florida House campaign, an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Southern Methodist University, and a Board Member of the SMU Honor Council, reflecting her commitment to integrity, advocacy, and public service.
