Lily is an associate in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group, where she represents clients in complex Chapter 11 and Subchapter V cases, adversary proceedings, fraudulent transfer and preference actions, commercial litigation, and workouts across the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Lily practiced commercial litigation and bankruptcy, representing debtors, creditors, lenders, landlords, and other stakeholders across a range of complex matters. Her broader legal experience includes positions with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic, and a civil rights law firm, as well as contract administration experience in the healthcare and technology industries.

Lily earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Torts. She also served as president of the Criminal Law Society and participated in the Advanced Medical Legal Partnership Clinic. Lily earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.
