Mary Lemersal prepares and submits appeals and supporting evidence to the Cook County Assessor, the Cook County Board of Review, and the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board on behalf of clients. Her experience includes researching and evaluating single-family homes, multi-family residential properties, apartment complexes, condominiums, and income-producing as well as owner-occupied commercial and industrial properties. Mary has also been successful working on various hotels throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.
Mary works with the property owners or their authorized agents to request the most recent documentation necessary to ensure the best outcome in reducing their tax burdens. Mary also works with condominium and townhome association board members and management companies to obtain recent or upcoming sale information to analyze their association’s value.
