Matt Finke oversees the financial health of Thompson Coburn as an Am Law 150 firm that brings in more than $260 million in annual revenue.
With 750 employees under the firm’s umbrella, Matt ensures that financial operation runs smoothly, leading a team of over 30 finance professionals including seasoned CPAs. He oversees the group’s accounting functions on behalf of the firm including budgeting, financial reporting, taxes, payroll, billing, and analytics.
Matt’s team of business office professionals is integral to firm mergers, expansions, and the successful integration of lateral attorneys and their clients. They also are experienced in meeting specific client billing requirements, including submitting bills and legal budgets through e-billing vendors.
Before joining Thompson Coburn in 2018, Matt spent over a decade with RubinBrown LLP, a top-tier accounting and consulting firm. As the partner-in-charge of its Law Firm Services Group, he delivered top-notch assurance and consulting services to major law firms in the region, including Thompson Coburn.
