As Risk Management Counsel, Maureen Bulgrin supports the firm’s attorneys and leadership on issues related to professional responsibility, ethics, and legal risk.
In this role, she provides guidance on conflicts of interest, compliance, client engagement practices, and internal policies designed to uphold the firm’s high standards of integrity and client service.
Maureen brings nearly two decades of legal experience to her practice. Prior to transitioning into risk management, she represented clients in a wide range of matters, including personal injury, business and complex litigation. This experience informs her practical, business-minded approach to advising attorneys on minimizing risk while maintaining effective client relationships.
Maureen earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she served on the Public Law Review, and holds a B.A. in History from Saint Louis University.
I spend time with my family, including my husband, our four children and our miniature dachshund. We enjoy trying new restaurants and exploring St. Louis City neighborhoods.
