Meghan represents both national and regional real estate owners and developers in all aspects of purchase, sale, development and construction.
Whether Meghan is analyzing land agreements for use of retail and residential developments or real estate financing related to acquisition loans, construction, and other real estate secured loans, she provides her clients with creative and cost effective solutions to meet their project goals.
She additionally represents landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial and office leases and general contractors, with respect to contractual relationships with project owners and subcontractors.
