Mike

Mike Vogel is a litigator with an emphasis on products liability, toxic torts, railroad litigation, and business litigation.

Mike efficiently handles all aspects of civil litigation defense including preparing and arguing pretrial motions and taking and defending depositions of parties and fact and expert witnesses. In addition to his product liability and toxic tort practice, Mike represents defendants in work-related personal injury cases under the FELA.

Before joining Thompson Coburn, Mike worked for a prominent civil defense firm, where he managed toxic tort litigation matters from inception to completion on behalf of a major manufacturer.
