Monica Roth is an associate in the Corporate and Securities group, where she helps clients navigate a variety of corporate and securities issues, along with banking and commercial financing matters.
In the corporate realm, Monica is all about mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She works on everything from reviewing and drafting purchase agreements and related documents to facilitating corporate actions through drafting resolutions or identifying required state filings. Monica also dives into due diligence and tackles research on state and local laws.
When it comes to banking and commercial finance, Monica’s expertise includes bank lending, warehouse and mortgage lending, and real estate and construction lending. She creates and updates a wide array of lending documents and agreements.
I play for and also serve on the board of a club rugby team in the San Fernando Valley.
