As a member of the firm’s Energy group, Monica Sterling brings a deep understanding of energy law, with experience advising developers on regulatory compliance, permitting, and interconnection matters across New England.

Before joining Thompson Coburn, Monica was an energy associate at Michaud Law Group LLC, where she counseled clients on complex regulatory frameworks and advancing renewable energy projects. Her knowledge of project development is further supported by her academic background, which includes a focus on energy regulation and project development. Monica is committed to helping clients achieve their goals through holistic and practical legal solutions.
