Nabutsingso Hoshut is a business litigation associate who helps resolve complex commercial disputes.

She draws on her health care administration experience to represent hospitals and health care providers in litigation, with a particular focus on managed care reimbursement disputes involving underpayments, denials, and contractual obligations between payers and medical providers.

Nabutsingso’s prior career in medical practice management gives her deep insight into the operational, financial, and regulatory pressures health care entities face every day. Before becoming a lawyer, Nabutsingso handled day‑to‑day matters such as revenue integrity, managed care contracting, reimbursement appeals, billing compliance, and physician credentialing. Her work launching new processes, improving reimbursement workflows, and navigating regulatory complexities now shapes the practical, business‑aligned perspective she brings to litigation on behalf of providers.

Nabutsingso earned her law degree while working full-time, graduating first in her class with 26 CALI Excellence for the Future awards and the Order of Barristers honor. She served as Acquisitions Editor for Law Review and as Podcast Committee Chair for the Board of Advocates. She also won first place in a statewide legal writing competition hosted by Baylor Law School, received the Dallas Bar Association Health Law Scholarship, and earned the State Bar of Texas Appellate Division’s Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award.
