Nick Blum defends clients in civil litigation matters involving product liability and tort claims. He participates in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting depositions, and handling pre-trial motions.
Prior to joining Thompson Coburn, Nick clerked for the Honorable Kea W. Riggs of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
While in law school at Washington University in St. Louis, Nick served as an editor on the Washington University Law Review. He also participated in the school’s Appellate Clinic, where he briefed a case before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Nick graduated first in his class from Truman State University.
I enjoy watching football (Go Big Red!) and basketball, playing chess, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Alongside staying current on developments in the law, I enjoy studying politics and investing (I’m somewhat of a Warren Buffett aficionado).
