A fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Ninette Bordoff works closely with families to create comprehensive multi-generational estate plans and provide for effective business succession planning.

Ninette has extensive experience in estate administration, will contests, probate and Surrogate’s Court litigation, as well as guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. She advises individual clients as well as major corporations and financial institutions, principals of closely held and start-up businesses, art collectors, and charitable organizations on all aspects of will and trust preparation, estate and gift tax planning, and pre-marital planning.

Ninette has served in leadership positions for the trust and estate committees of several regional and national bar associations. She has lectured on estate and tax planning and estate administration at the New York University Institute on Federal Taxation, bar association seminars, major financial institutions, alumni associations, auction houses, and charitable organizations.
