Quianna Solomon assists attorneys in the management and appeal of over 1,600 properties. These cover the spectrum of real estate including downtown office buildings, single-family homes, shopping centers, steel plants and other industrial facilities, landfills, motels, nursing homes, apartment buildings, housing projects, condominiums, exempt properties and vacant land and/or ongoing construction projects in need of interim relief.

Quianna is experienced in complying with and monitoring administrative deadlines, the preparation and submission of real estate tax assessment appeals and/or complaints by challenging property valuations before the Cook County Assessor’s Office, the Cook County Board of Review, collar counties, the Illinois Property Tax Appeals Board and the circuit court. She collaborates with colleagues to help maintain the real estate tax team’s success and rapport.
