Rosa Guerrero advises on an array of complex commercial matters in state and federal court and arbitration, with an emphasis on business torts, partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, and securities litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Rosa worked as commercial litigator at firms in New York and as an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department where she advised on civil, family, and criminal law appeals.
